What is Desolation?Desolation is a state of complete emptiness or destruction. The idea of this zine is to represent Bakugou, Midoriya and Todoroki in an apocalypse environment. This is a pro-fiction, pro-ship zine.Is this for-profit?
No. This is a charity zine.What charity will this zine be donating to?
We will be donating our proceeds to Doctors Without Borders.Will this zine be physical or digital?
We aim to have a physical zine with physical merch (with a digital option as well, of course!) but this will depend on our interest check.Can minors participate?
Since the theme of the zine is a heavy one, and we will have an NSFW add-on, minors will not be allowed to participate. All potential contributors must be 18+ when they apply.Is this a fixed zine?
No, this is not a fixed zine. Any dynamic is accepted.How many contributors will be accepted for the zine?
We will be accepting a total of 8 writers, 14 artists, and around 7 merch artists through applications. We'll also have additional writer and artist spots on our NSFW and DDNE zines.If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask them in our Retrospring!

APPLICATIONS WILL BE OPEN FROM September 6th – October 11thGENERAL APP REQUIREMENTS:- All applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Applicants may apply for more than one position, but we cannot guarantee that they will be accepted for multiple positions.
- All submissions must be the applicants’ own work. If it is found that you have copied/stolen someone else's work or used AI, you will be immediately disqualified.
- This is a pro-ship, pro-fiction zine. Harassment for creators over what they create will not be tolerated, and if found out to have engaged in harassment over fiction, you will be expelled from the project immediately.
- Please tag all content as needed in your sample.
- Applicants will be required to submit a few ideas for pitches alongside your application so we can judge for variety in applications—you will not be committed to these pitches if you become part of the zine.
- Please make sure link sharing is on, so that we can properly view your samples. Samples that do not have link sharing turned on will not be considered.

DESOLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing Desolation and any of its offered products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:1. All sales are final and the team will not offer returns.2. Orders will be shipped from the UK. Desolation is not responsible for any custom & duty fees the customer may need to pay.3. As these are preorders, orders may take up to 5-6 months to be shipped after the preorders close. Delays in manufacturing may result in a later fulfillment period.4. Digital products will not be distributed until after all physical preorders have been shipped.5. If the customer’s shipping address changes, they must contact the Desolation Zine Team before shipping begins. Once shipping starts, there is no guarantee that the team will be able to update the customer’s address. The team is not responsible for any resulting lost packages.6. The mod team is not responsible for any packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. If there are any issues please reach out immediately. Once the project is completed and all funds are donated, the team will no longer be able to resolve any issues.7. Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship to Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Libya, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Turkmenistan, Ghana, Togo, Ukraine, Yemen, Haiti, Israel, or the Gaza Strip.
